  • Here is a general timeline of the process you can expect from start to finish:

    • Inquiry: Reach out to us to check our availability for your wedding date.

    • Meeting to Determine Fit: We’ll schedule a meeting to get to know each other and ensure we're the perfect fit for your special day.

    • Signed Contract and Invoice: Once you decide to move forward, we'll provide a contract and invoice to secure your date with a 40% booking fee.

    • Engagement Session: As soon as you book, we’ll start planning for your engagement session! (complimentary for Photo + Video packages)

    • Follow-Up Meeting: We'll have another meeting 2 weeks to a month before your wedding to finalize details.

    • Wedding Day: It's the big day! Relax and let us capture every beautiful moment.

    • Delivery: Expect your stunning wedding photos and videos within 6-8 weeks.

  • Yes, a 40% booking fee secures your date, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. Our invoices are conveniently payable online, and please note a 10.35% sales tax is applicable as we're a registered WA state business. We do not charge a credit card service fee.

  • Absolutely! We specialize in a mix of candid and formal shots during the wedding day. Our approach involves "guided candids," offering natural directions to obtain a true representation of our couple’s personalities. Our job is to make you look your best (:

  • Yes, we provide input for timelines and collaborate with you and your coordinator to ensure a smooth wedding day. We'll review this plan 2 weeks to a month before your event.

  • You can expect your final photos and videos within 6-8 weeks. However, if a delay should occur it will be communicated promptly.

  • Yes! Approximately 2 weeks after your wedding, we'll share sneak peeks, including around 50 photos and a short video teaser.

  • While not essential, a second photographer provides additional angles and perspectives from the day. Tina has shot many weddings on her own, and provides great coverage throughout the day. However, if you would like a second photographer we can definitely accommodate them as an add-on.

    With our photo only packages, it will come with 2 photographers: Miguel and Tina. If you would like a second photographer for our Photo & Video package, it will be with a trusted photographer with a similar style!

  • We use high-quality microphones to ensure clear audio capture during critical moments such as the first look, ceremony, and speeches. We pay careful attention to audio details to enhance the storytelling aspect of your wedding video.

  • All final content is delivered digitally online, accompanied by a custom USB. While we don't provide prints, a print release is granted for you to print images at your preferred location.

  • No, we do not deliver raw images or videos as it does not represent our final work.

  • Additional hours can be added to your package at specified rates. For multi-day events, please inquire and we’d be happy to make a custom package that meets your needs!

  • You can expect a minimum of 500+ photos, with galleries potentially reaching 900-1000+ as we deliver all the best photos from the day.

  • You'll receive a highlight video, social media teaser, and full-length videos of important events, such as the ceremony, first dance, and speeches.

    We intentionally included the full-length videos in our packages and not as an add-on. Although it may not be something you’re initially looking to receive, we believe the full length videos are a great way to look back at your cherished memories in the way they unfolded.

  • We always recommend doing an engagement session, to get you more comfortable in front of the camera, see our shooting style, and get more photos of you and your lover! This will also give you a good idea of how we will work and direct you on your wedding day.

    Engagement sessions are typically 1.5hrs, and come with up to 2 different locations and 2 different outfits. As soon as you book a wedding package, we can start to plan your engagement session with you!

  • You should expect to receive an initial preview gallery of ~200 photos where you’ll be able to select the photos you love the best. In this gallery you’re able to select your favorite 50 photos (included in the package).

  • We are based in Seattle, WA, but love to travel! We do not charge for destinations within 100 miles round trip; beyond that, it's $1/mile.

  • We use Sony cameras, specifically a pair of A7RIIIs for photos and the FX3 for video.

  • We prioritize media safety by using dual card slots, ensuring redundancy from the moment an image is captured. At the end of the night we gather all the cards and keep them on our person, we never leave the cards in bags/unattended. Images and videos are backed up at every step, providing multiple copies on separate hard drives.

  • Unfortunately, the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Yes, we carry liability insurance and can provide proof if required by your venue.
